1. Entries will be accepted Thursday, Sept. 4, 1:00-6:00 p.m.
2. Judging will be based on Workmanship 50%, General Appearance 25%, and Detail 25%.
3. All items should be clean before entering.
4. Due to limited space, the clothing exhibits will be displayed according to winners and entries relating to fair theme.
5. Personalized labels should be covered with masking tape.
