1. Entries will be accepted on
Thursday, September 8, 1:00-6:00 p.m.
2. All entries in this category must be entered by the students' art teacher or parents of Home Schoolers.
3. Art must not have been exhibited at any prior West TN State
Fair.
4. The committee reserves the right to refuse to accept any art
exhibit considered unsuitable for the fair.
5. Student art entries can be entered unframed. While we will
take care with the items, it should be understood that the West
Tennessee State Fair does not assume responsibility for the
items and is not liable if lost, stolen or damaged in any way.
6. Maximum size will be 36 inches in any direction.
7. Awards will be made on quality or workmanship and originality
of design.
8. Best of Show rosette will be awarded in each age division.
9. There are three divisions: Ages 5-10; Ages 11-14; and Ages
15-18.
10. Awards in each division will be first place, blue ribbon
$3.00; second place, red ribbon, $2.00; third place, white
ribbon, $1.00. Honorable mention ribbons may be awarded at the
judge's discretion.
11. Only one entry per Lot.
